Surf Yoga Camp Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change. To ensure a fair and smooth experience for everyone, please review the cancellation policy below:

1a. Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your spot in the retreat.
The deposit is applied toward the total retreat cost.

1b. Cancellation by Participant

Cancellations made up to 7 days before the retreat start date: Full refund of all payments made minus the deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat start date: No refunds will be issued unless for a verifiable medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances, as determined at the sole discretion of the event organizer.

2. Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We are not responsible for any additional costs, such as non-refundable travel expenses.

3. Travel and Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen events or emergencies.

Liability Statement

By registering for and participating in this Surf Yoga Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
- Participation in yoga, surfing, and related retreat activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that may occur as a result of your participation.
Health and Well-being
- You are solely responsible for managing your physical and mental health during the retreat. You affirm that you are in good physical condition and have consulted with your physician, if necessary, before engaging in retreat activities.
Personal Belongings
- You are responsible for the security and care of your personal belongings, valuables, and equipment during the retreat. The retreat organizers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Medical Emergencies
- In the event of an emergency, the organizers may provide or arrange for medical assistance. However, any costs associated with medical care or evacuation are the responsibility of the participant.
Content Usage for Promotional Purposes
- By participating in this retreat, you grant the organizers the right to capture and use photographs, video recordings, and other media of you taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, and print materials.
Photographer Credit
- All images and media from the event must credit the designated event photographer(s) when shared publicly by participants or attendees.
Liability Waiver
- By participating, you release and hold harmless the retreat organizers, instructors, staff, and any associated entities from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from or connected to your participation in the retreat, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
